I contributed to the design and development of the Everyday Leadership website, a central hub supporting Asurion’s company-wide career development initiative. The site was designed to make leadership growth accessible to all employees by consolidating resources, course registration, and career development tools in one intuitive platform. From workshops to the leadership belt program, the site empowered users to chart their own growth journeys and engage meaningfully with leadership content.
